Bridgeview, IL – Lifting Gear Hire (LGH) and Industrial Training International (ITI) are working together again this year to offer the course, “Rigging Gear Inspector – Levels I & II” to all prospective students, faculty, and seasoned professionals alike.
This original Rigging Gear Inspector Program was designed to build or enhance the skills of the student to become a qualified, in-house gear inspector. The course is a three-day program and includes classroom workshops and multiple hands-on inspection activities.
Not only will students gain powerful knowledge to better serve them in the field, those who complete the Rigging Gear Inspector course will receive a 3-Year Qualification and earn their CEU’s. The course is LEEA Accredited and lunch will be served daily to all students. The course will also be taught by ITI’s very own, Mike Parnell, who’s been working in the rigging industry since 1979.
LGH and ITI partnered together in 2015 because both companies understand the very real world challenges that riggers face every day and to stress the importance of testing and using quality equipment to ensure a safe and successful project every time. Collectively, LGH and ITI’s mission is to educate riggers on and expose them to the world’s safest equipment to better prepare them today for the rigging challenges of tomorrow.
The class will be taught by Joe Kuzar, the ITI Assistant Technical Director and the course dates for “Rigging Gear Inspector – Levels I & II” are November 14-16, 2016. Pricing for the class is $1,695. The class will be opened based on demand. If you’d like register, visit http://www.iti.com/chicago.
