Organized and hosted by Lifting Gear Hire, the 3rd annual fundraiser, Cosmic Bowling, is set to occur on Sunday, November 13, 2016, and promises to provide an interstellar evening of bowling, raffles, games, food, drinks, and more.
The event was created on behalf of the Transplant Village, the charitable arm of Northwestern Memorial Hospital, with the goal to raise money and awareness for transplant patients and their families who endure the struggles and hardships faced in the difficult beginnings and aftermath of organ transplants. Transplant Village itself is an organization that was created to provide financial support, counseling, and resources to transplant patients of Northwestern.
For those who would like to purchase tickets for the event, you can do so here: Click to Get Tickets. Ticket prices for adults (ages 12+) are $30. Children (ages 3-11) are $20. Children under 2 are free.
Those who wish to lend their support, but not actually attend can sponsor the event or make a personal donation. All donators of any amount will be recognized in the event program.
For companies and individuals interested in sponsoring the event, three specific sponsorship tiers are offered:
- “Massive Star” ($500 – $999), includes a lane sponsorship and digital banner with company logo, a feature in LGH’s monthly newsletter, and recognition in the event program.
- “Red Giant” ($1,000- $1,499), includes a lane sponsorship and a digital banner with company logo, a feature in LGH’s monthly newsletter, recognition in the event program, and the company’s logo will be printed on the official fundraiser event t-shirt.
- “Supernova” ($1,500 and beyond), includes a lane sponsorship and a digital banner with company logo, a feature in LGH’s monthly newsletter, recognized in the event program, logo printed on official fundraiser event t-shirt, featured on LGH website and social media with logo and backlinks, and an 8″ x 10″ plaque to honor the company’s contributions.
Lifting Gear Hire has funded the event in full and 100% of all donations, ticket sale prices, and sponsorship funds will go 100% toward the Transplant Village charity.
