This strategic move will better position LGH for long-term growth into states like New Mexico, Nebraska, and Kansas by establishing a more focused regional structure, improving leadership coverage, and enabling quicker, more consistent support for both our customers and our sales team.

As LGH continues to expand, this marks the first phase of scaling intentionally in this region, ensuring we maintain the responsiveness, accountability, and performance standards that differentiate LGH in the lifting and rigging rental equipment market.
Along with this change, Vice President of Sales Ryan Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Ryan Hooper to Regional Rental Manager – Great Plains.
“Ryan has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a deep commitment to developing himself and his people,” states Group. “This promotion reflects both his performance and our confidence in his ability to lead this region forward.”

With the creation of the Great Plains Region, the remaining Central Region structure remains intact under Brad Weiss, continuing to operate with clear leadership alignment and territory coverage.
