Training across the map
The LGH NY/NJ team recently partnered with Koch Skanska, alongside Kito Crosby and Enerpac, to educate junior engineers on proper rigging equipment use and lift planning (pictured left).
At our internal 101 and 201 training sessions in Dallas, TX, National LGH Trainers Chris Kinder and Andrew Page led training sessions and provided thorough insight for maintaining the integrity of our equipment.
These training sessions provide hands-on experience and real-world knowledge not just to our warehouse teams but to our partners out in the field, too.
At LGH, lifting safety is at the core of everything we do. Our commitment goes beyond compliance; it’s about delivering peace of mind, job after job.

⚾ Through escalator installation “ups and downs,” we help keep things moving.
LGH recently provided air chain hoists for this crane pick, delivering the control and precision needed to install the escalators at the future home of the Athletics in Las Vegas. Shoutout to LGH Outside Rep Nick Barilla for his work and support on this massive project!
LGH Case Study Throwback: Skidding a 536T Railroad Bridge into Place
Faced with a tight 22-hour window and a 536-ton bridge span, L.G. Barcus & Sons needed a smarter approach than a traditional crane lift. With support from LGH, the team turned to a Hydra-Slide skidding system—customizing the setup to handle the load and site constraints.
The result? The massive bridge was slid into position in just 30 minutes, helping the crew complete the project safely, efficiently, and right on schedule.
