LGH Welcomes Ryan Group as New Vice President of Sales

LGH is excited to welcome our new Vice President of Sales, Ryan Group. As Vice President of Sales, Ryan will serve as a key member of the executive team alongside the Vice President of Support and the Vice President of Operations. His primary responsibility is to create sales objectives for North America and lead the Regional Sales Managers with strategic direction to develop and implement the appropriate sales activities to meet or exceed those goals.

Ryan joins LGH with more than a decade of experience in sales and leadership roles at Enerpac Tool Group, where he served as Territory Manager for six years before advancing into upper management.

In 2019, Ryan accepted the position of Western Regional Sales Director, and within ten months, he was promoted to lead the Eastern Region following a company restructuring. Over the past four years, he has led the North American Sales Organization for Enerpac in multiple capacities, gaining valuable insight into regional growth strategies, customer relationships, and team leadership.

Before his tenure at Enerpac, Ryan built a strong foundation in distribution sales with leading rigging and hoisting manufacturers, including Harrington Hoist, Columbus McKinnon, and Crosby.

Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Accounting from Waynesburg University in 2008 and his master’s degree in Management from Seton Hill University in 2018.

Outside of work, Ryan values family above all. He and his wife, Cassi, have been married for twelve years and have two children, Natalie and Knox. Together, they enjoy family vacations along the East Coast, visiting relatives out west, and attending their kids’ sporting events. Ryan also enjoys golf, fly fishing, and fitness, and serves at his local church by playing acoustic guitar on the worship team. He’s deeply passionate about personal development, coaching, and financial literacy.
