LGH has completed construction of its new training center located inside the North American Corporate Rental Center in Bridgeview, IL. This dedicated facility will allow LGH to further develop the skills of its employees and expand knowledge of the service, function, and proper maintenance of LGH rental equipment—upholding the company’s mission to deliver quality service and safe, reliable lifting gear to every customer.
The new LGH rigging training center provides a quiet, temperature-controlled, classroom-style environment designed for both LGH employees and customers. It comfortably seats up to twelve people, including the instructor, with adjustable bench layouts that can be configured to meet the specific needs of each session and the equipment being demonstrated.
To enhance the learning experience, the training room features an overhead camera and wall-mounted monitor, giving trainees a clear view of equipment demonstrations and instructor guidance from multiple angles. The facility also includes high-speed wireless internet access for both instructors and participants, supporting interactive training sessions and digital learning resources.
