Bridgeview, IL — December 12, 2012 — LGH recently donated a Modulift Mod 24 spreader beam with top rigging to support the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity (NOAHH) in its mission to provide affordable housing for families in need.

The donated spreader beam, configured at 20 feet in length, was used to assist with the safe placement of pre-constructed wall and roof sections on Habitat homes. The Mod 24 spreader beam provided the stability and control necessary for precision lifts in tight working environments. This helped volunteers complete construction safely and efficiently.

NOAHH builds homes for families who may not qualify for traditional loans but demonstrate financial stability, good credit, and a willingness to invest 350 hours of personal labor in the building process.

“Giving back to the community is very rewarding. LGH appreciates the opportunity to work with the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity on this wonderful project,” said Eric Kottemann, LGH Rental Representative in New Orleans, LA.

This collaboration reflects LGH’s continued dedication to community engagement and its mission to use safe, reliable lifting and rigging equipment to make a positive impact both on and off the job site.
