Lakeland, FL – January 2010 — LGH, the nation’s leading provider of lifting and rigging equipment rentals, expanded its operations with the opening of its 12th U.S. rental center in Lakeland, Florida.
The 20,000-square-foot facility enhances LGH’s ability to serve customers across the southeastern United States, offering faster access to a full range of hoisting, rigging, winching, and material-handling equipment.
The Lakeland warehouse houses a diverse inventory that includes air chain hoists up to 25 tons, modular spreader beams up to 170 tons, and thousands of other rental-ready lifting products. It also features an in-house proof testing area capable of testing hoists up to 25 tons, ensuring every piece of equipment meets LGH’s rigorous safety and certification standards.
“This new facility will increase the availability of equipment for our customers’ rental needs and offer products not yet seen in the Florida market,” said Brad Weiss, Regional Sales Manager. “Our goal is to ensure Florida and the surrounding regions receive the best possible service.”
By expanding into Florida, LGH improved delivery speed, reduced transportation costs, and provided customers across the region with greater access to certified, high-quality lifting and rigging solutions.
